Eva Mendes want to act in movie Anchorman 2 Eva Mendes has revealed that she's a big fan of the movie Anchorman and would like to star in the sequel. The actress, who co-stars alongside Will Ferrell in the new comedy The Other Guys, has said that she is disappointed there are no plans for a follow-up.
The 36-year-old told Absolute Now: "Anchorman is my favourite movie ever. I think it's mad they are not making a sequel. I'd love to be in it but at the same time I'd be happy just watching it. Ron is my hero!" Mendes recently admitted that she "almost killed" Ferrell on the set of their new film. The Other Guys is currently playing in the US and arrives in UK cinemas on September 2.
